In 2011, Amy Winehouse died. Her favourite pub in Camden plays host to toilet walls scrawled with tributes to a beautiful, yet totally messed up soul. She'd had her fair share of brews and complications in that place.

It would be easy to say they lived fast and died young. But is there more to it than that? A young life full of excess, death by unfortunate accident, or a deal with the devil?  Legend has it that some of these artists knew their time was coming.

And it’s not just Amy. Once you scratch the surface, “Only the Good Die Young” begins to read as a “who’s who” of Rock and Roll. Jim Morrison, Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin, Jeff Buckley. Many of the finest musicians in history have died before their time.

The question is, who’s next?

"Get along and see this show. You won’t be disappointed. 4.5 Stars"

"This was a night of wonderful cabaret of songs from “The 27 Club”...Janis, Jim Morrison and Amy Winehouse along with others who died before their time, her great vocal range doing them all justice...A Highly Recommended Show.”

Nigel Ford; fringereview.co.uk

"Jessica Papst is in possession of a fine, versatile instrument - her own voice - and she uses this gift in Only the Good Die Young...She also aims to lightly philosophise about the nature of mortality without losing her (or the audience's) sense of humour."
